We believe in the art of giving.

Bestow Montana helps you give beautiful, quality gifts with products that are mindfully made (and often hard to find) under the big sky.

We believe that good things come from good places and practices. We admire the beauty within well-made products and value the creators that craft them.

Our mission at Bestow, is to support your mission in giving great gifts from Montana’s finest creators.

Lauren Crittenden, Founder Bestow Montana

Giving & Receiving…

Founder Lauren Crittenden was born to give. Her idea for Bestow took root foremost from her love of giving, her experiences as an artist, and her joy in receiving gifts created by familiar hands in her home state. Starting a business was far from her conscious pursuits until, well, it wasn’t. Through an alignment of her passion for artistic expression, giving & receiving, and the joy she shares with many in receiving creations made under the big sky, a gifting company came to rise. She is grateful for how much support she has received and continues to, to build Bestow Montana.

Lauren studied art and philosophy as an undergraduate before earning a Master’s in clinical mental health counseling. Her connection to aesthetics, an appreciation for quality and craftsmanship, and interpersonal connection in creating, has been informed by many of her experiences, including witnessing her father, a lifelong carpenter.

Lauren values integrated health and the human capacity for growth and development. She is thankful for the support she has received on her own journey in wellness that has contributed greatly to her creative ability to start Bestow and develop the meaningful connections she shares with others, including the artists she collaborates with today. She is eager to support and promote artists in the Montana community and dedicate a portion of Bestow’s profits to organizations committed to the wellness of others so that they too can be supported in creating and giving and receiving with JOY in ways they find themselves uniquely aligned.

Lauren spent her childhood years growing up in the Flathead Valley and currently lives in Whitefish, Montana where she is grateful to raise her two spirited daughters and call Montana her home.
